Enjoyed our stay, had relaxing 1 day overall. The unit we got was spacious and well-designed with balcony overlooking magnificent park, a comfy bed plus good view. Pleasant restaurant provided local dishes.
It had a little hard beds, maybe it was bad luck.

Our stay at Grand Hotel Des Bains was absolutely delightful. The room we stayed in had a breathtaking view of the surrounding garden and mountains. The bath experience was truly unforgettable, adding to the overall relaxation of our stay. The breakfast served in the beautifully decorated historical room was delicious, and the hotel management made everything easily accessible for us. The location of the hotel near the pools and surrounded by farms provided us with amazing views of the area. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. We were also impressed with the size and cleanliness of our suite, which exceeded our expectations.
Although we had a wonderful stay, the only drawbacks were the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, which made them quite hot, as well as the limited selection of main dishes at the dinner buffet. However, the overall experience at Grand Hotel Des Bains was excellent and we would highly recommend it to others.

My Christmas stay was fantastic! the hotel had complementary hot beverages and snacks available all day, a great touch to stay cozy in the winter. the location between the mountains and the river was stunning, and I enjoyed the nearby park walks. the best aspect was the spa with mineral water pools, saunas, and relaxation areas. It was a perfect way to unwind during the holiday season.
The hotel charged me a fee for early check-in, and I had to leave my room early on the day of my departure. It was inconvenient, and I wish they could have been more flexible.
